Tangible Goods
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable. They depend on the weight (or volumetric weight where applicable) of the items you order and your location. The delivery time of your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered. Your order may ship in separate shipments.
Additional taxes and charges
Additional charges may apply depending on your location and the total value of the order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your order. These may include sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, and excise duties, if applicable. If there is any damage to the items you ordered, you must contact us within five days from receipt of your order.
We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes your country may require you to pay. It is your responsibility to check your import authority’s terms & conditions for these charges. We are not allowed by law to manipulate invoices or change the total amount for you.
European Delivery
Deliveries to countries within the EU are subject to import duties and or taxes on items delivered from outside of the EU.
USA Delivery
From March 10 2016, the de minimis value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person to the USA on one day is USD800. For more details, please check this link.
Canada
Please note that any order over the value of CAD 10 may incur a customs fee. This fee is based on the value of your order and cannot be predicted by us.

Original Paintings
Because of the higher value of original paintings and to ensure their safe delivery, they require specialist packing. Please allow additional 5 – 7 working days on top of the estimated times for delivery.
Limited Edition Prints
Made to order items, such as all limited edition prints, require a production time of 5 – 7 working days on top of the estimated times for delivery.
Cancellations
Applicable to the originals only, if for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it has not left our premises, then we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/PayPal or other payment-processing vendor charged us. If the order has left the premises, unfortunately, the cancellation is not possible.
Please advise us of any delivery errors within five days from the delivery date.
No cancellations are offered for orders of Prints and Merchandise.
For Prints and Merchandise, we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which have no manufacturing defects. We will try to organize a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item, in this case, though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. We will do our best to assist you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at the discretion of the product manufacturer.
Digital Goods Download
Upon receipt of your order, your download will start immediately, or you get an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If your download begins immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you bought or do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within five days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within five days from your order’s date, we will deem the item(s) you purchased received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
